segment 2: Zach Buchanan (@forestryandfish) on Instagram. Zach is a listener and he reached out to be on the show, and he delivered. Zach talked about catching trout and smallmouth in the u.p. after fish talk Zach gets into bears and wolves. he smoothly transitions into the craft beer scene.
segment 3: fish were caught in the last two weeks and we talked about them, and above and beyond the fish there were some good times that were had, and we hit on those times too.

segment 2: Patrick Cassidy from capecodonthefly.com calls in and tells us everything we want to know about pertaining to stripers, bluefish, sharks, seals and so much more. Patrick is new to guiding, but not new to the cape cod fishery.
segment 3: there WAS a lot of great content including jay taking ryan trout fishing, mark taking jay and ryan smallmouth fishing, and chad taking ryan and show buddy pj out musky fishing and popping both of their cherries, BUT CHAD FAT FINGERED THE EDITING PROCESS AND DELETED THE LAST SEGMENT. we will recap it again next week

segment 2: John Montana calls in and tells us about the carp situation in lake m and the big c. john really gets in depth on some simple rules that he has to target big carp. make sure you pay attention to the ways john describes detecting strikes, because they are subtle. just like strikes.

segment 1: the guys wake up at the ass crack of dawn and drive all over western Pennsylvania looking for somewhere to dump a raft with a chance of catching smallies. they finally opt on catching largemouth bass on poppers beside the road, and they loved it. jace went out with a different crew, and we don't want to spoil it...but he didn't catch as much
segment 2: Chris Galvin calls in and goes over his guide service, fishing for trout competitively, guiding in the niche demographic of carp on the fly, and competing in the carp slam on the south plat river.
segment 3: musky, pike, pickerel, and crappie on spinning rods is all covered. there is also an in depth discussion about depth finders
